
Kevin J. Finlay

About
Kevin J. Finlay graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. After gaining years of experience as a prosecutor in Cleveland, McClain, and Garvin Counties, Mr. Finlay spent the next twelve years in a successful private practice focusing on criminal defense. Most recently, Mr. Finlay served as the Chief of the Trial Division for the state-wide public defenders’ agency, overseeing a staff of 120 attorneys, legal secretaries, and investigators handling over 40,000 criminal cases a year.
Mr. Finlay is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Western District of Oklahoma, Cleveland County Bar Association, Garvin & McClain County Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Kevin is originally from the Chicago area. However, he and his wife Lisa have called Oklahoma home for the last twenty-eight years. They have three adult children who were all born and raised in Oklahoma.
