Matthew David  Jankowski

Matthew David Jankowski is an attorney at the Schumacher Law Group in Norman, Oklahoma. A zestful and empathetic professional, he understands that a family legal issue may seem insurmountable without the help of a diligent legal representative, and he works hard to help his clients take back control of their lives.

A dean's list graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mr. Jankowski completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2000. He obtained his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Norman, in 2006. While in law school, he was a part of the intercollegiate moot court team, and he also won the AmJur Award in environmental law.

Mr. Jankowski conducts himself with grace and dignity, and his clients often remark about his perseverance and strategic approach to helping them obtain the results they deserve. He has over 15 years of experience handling a wide variety of matters such as:

First admitted to practice in all the state courts of Oklahoma (2006), Mr. Jankowski is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Before joining his current firm, he partnered with another prestigious law firm for 15 years.

Mr. Jankowski has been very active in both bar and community activities. He is a long-serving member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society. He functions as the chair of the board of trustees of McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church in Norman.
